Ob in Valguero Only Lets Me Upload My Character

Question for solo players, exercise you think it diminishes the challenge of the game to bring all your powerful Dinos to the next map in one case yous complete a map? Is it more exciting to just get in with a new character and zip else?

I play single histrion and I always made sure to start a whole new character on every map, every map's primitive experience is nigh totally unique and exciting and I didn't wanna miss out on that, except Gen2 where you're primitive for about 10 minutes

I never even felt like i was in the primitive stage on gen two. Even starting with no tools or tames, I experience like the already incredibly minimal amount of early game things to do are completed merely when yous are flying around and doing random shit while orienting yourself (maybe that is because i only started out on it the mean solar day it released, only similar you said it cant take more ten mins to have the early stuff)

This is how play, the early game grind is half the fun of ark imo

It's definitely your choice. I usually bring a couple with, resources gathers, best flyer and convenance partner, and a crano or raptor. I tend to go out the rexs and dominate killers on the other maps and start over. Also always continue my character to progress with the story.

Aforementioned. When I traveled from The Island to Ragnarok, Valguero, CI, and now Viking Country, the simply things I brought as far equally dinos were flyers and gatherers. I do transfer some important items via OB also.

This game screws yous so difficult sometimes it's only off-white to seize with teeth back. I have a few dinos that I beginning with. Steggo, dodicarus, anky, for working. Besides high level pteranodon, and argy atlthough now I have my blood wyvern, and tropo then I have choices at that place when I leave Crystal Isles. The 2 Velonasaurs accept been slap-up for stomping around, and my baryonyx is a must going into the water. It took a while to get these dinos and they brand life easier.

Can I ask why you bring your stego? I've never viewed them as a worthwhile tame only I believe I'1000 using them wrong

I dearest my Baryonyx Clarice...only sure other mods(KBD and ARK Additions) had made her a tad unviable in open waters.

Depends what map I play. Extinction, Gen1 and Gen2 I usually bring tames over equally you lot need a lot to complete them. Maps like Scorched and Aberration, I don't bring any tames over.

I did something a bit unbalanced and brought Megalania to Abnormality because I bought the game for that creature and really wanted to spend time with information technology

I leave every dino in the finished map. I feel like it's theur abode, our memories rest at that place, so I feel similar it's but fair to showtime from the very beginnig. Also adds to the challenge

I do think information technology does have away from the challenge simply at the same time you did put all the endeavour into getting those Dino's and gear so might as well utilize them and your in single role player and then who's there to judge y'all.

I usually bring a brood pair of everything and start over. Merely i also dont bring materials and then i have to build upwardly to take a decent breed farm. Once im dlne genesis im gln a install primal fear to ramp uo the challenge

Mods are fun. Currently on a long play through of Omega Ark on Hope.
